5 Tips To Elevate Your Life in 2023

Elevate Your Lifestyle: It’s a new year, new you! 5 Practical Tips That Will Help You Elevate Your Lifestyle: A blog about elevating your way of living and living healthy.

Hey hey hey sis! My name is Takeya Necole and I’d love to introduce you to the best version of yourself. Below are a fewtips that I know will help you jump start your 2023. These tips were the first step to help me elevate in all areas of my life. This all comes down to discipline, consistency and persistence, but you are capable of becoming a new you in 2023 and here is how.

1. Wake up early

Waking up early will help you get ahead of everyone else. You will be able to plan out your day without minor interruptions . It’s important that when you wake up early that doesn’t mean you are scrolling on social media or doing remedial things. It means you are intentional with this time, to get you ahead in your day and to really make sure you tackle the top priorities of your day. It’s a great life hack that will give you more time to achieve goals.

2.Write down your thoughts

Writing down your ideas, plans, goals is a great tool to help you track your progress. Are you moving closer to your goals or away from them. Your are able to improve your thought process by decluttering your mind, freeing your mind space to have a clear idea on how you will get to your goals.

3.Learn something new

Take time to learn something new each day. Take the time to build on a skill you already are in process of developing. Learn for a minimum of 30 minutes each day. Many people use the excuse of not having time when throughout the day they have opportunities to fit it in, bathroom breaks, car rides, etc…Once I started taking time to learn and build on my skills during idle time it became clear that I could of been a whole lot further down the road had I stopped making this excuse sooner. Car rides are no longer about partying it’s about learning I choose to elevate my mindset and it’s helped me get further down the road.

4.Move your body

Moving your body several times a day will help you get the blood flowing and thoughts going. Having a great phyiscalhealth is important in your elevation. The mental discipline you need for your phyiscal health will help you in your overall elevation.

5.Keep A Schedule

Having a daily routine will help you show up and stay focused. Keeping a schedule like you do for work holds you accountable. Start making your calendar your boss, it will tell you when to show up what you should be doing and whatsdue for your day. Trust me keeping a schedule and making sure you undestand your money is tied to your time and the actions you take daily, will keep you disciplined to show up no matter what.

6. Respect Yourself

Above all else make sure you stay committed to you. To your new habits and to who you are becoming.

Make the decision to level up this year and really go for it.
